Sawnee Electric Membership Corporation (Sawnee EMC) has been recognized as a 2014 Customer Champion – they are one of only 50 companies in the nation to earn this distinct honor this year.
To qualify for inclusion on this elite list, companies must excel, not only within their own industry, but also among the nine (9) industries included in the J.D. Power Customer Champions analysis. To determine the 2014 Customer Champions, J.D. Power examined five important factors, including: People, Presentation, Process, Product, and Price.
In the scoring process, J.D. Power evaluated more than 600 brands. The 2014 Champions were identified based on customer feedback, opinions, and perceptions gathered primarily from J.D. Power’s syndicated research throughout 2013. This prestigious group of 50 represents the highest-performing U.S. companies that deliver service excellence - both within their industry and across the other 9 industries measured.
